Nicoma Park Development Authority

The City of Nicoma Park offers utility services under the Nicoma Park Development Authority "NPDA." The NPDA was created under a Trust Indenture filed with the Secretary of State February 14, 1986. Click here for a copy of the Trust Indenture.

The City of Nicoma Park offers Sewer Service to about two-thirds of the community. Those not on city sewer have septic tanks.
All city residents are on well water.

Utility Service

Monthly billing is completed on or around the 1st of the month. 

Billing is for the previous month and due on or before the 20th day of each month.
Please note: Credit card payments made on the due date of the 20th each month will not be posted to accounts until the following day. Any payments made on Friday's do not post to accounts until the next business day. 
To avoid a late charge, please make your payment before the due date.

Payments can be made online, over the phone, in office, or you may drop your payment off in the drop box on the front door at City Hall.

A late charge of $5.00 will be applied to all payments made after the 20th of the month. If accounts are seriously delinquent, they may be turned over to a collection company.

To set up service, the applicant must complete a Service Application at City Hall and must have a current drivers license or other approved form of identification (i.e. passport). This applies to all residents and businesses on sewer.
