All Permits and Applications can be emailed to: nputilityclerk@nicomapark.net or submitted in person at City Hall.

The following permits require licensing with the city in addition to the permit.

• Electrical

• Mechanical (HVAC)

• Plumbing

All contractors and journeymen need to have an active license with the City of Nicoma Park prior to the start of any work. Failure to do so could result in fines and penalties.
